Dr. Randolph is Program Director of Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Judson University. She holds clinical and education degrees as well as a certificate in gerontology. Her current research includes lifespan spiritual development as a protective factor in healthy aging as well as grief in pregnancy loss. She is active in the Association for Adult Development and Aging.
