2025 Fall Conference Proposal Form

 

Deadline: Proposals are due by end of day, May 31, 2025. All submissions will be sent to the review committee on June 1, 2025.

Format Options:

  • Main Conference (Nov 7-8, 2025): 60 and 90 minute formats
  • Pre-Conference (Nov 6, 2025):  3 hour half-day format
  • Poster Presentations (Nov 7-8, 2025): Poster presentations will be on either Friday or Saturday, so poster presenters should select the day they want to display their poster.

Registration: All presenters are required to register (at a reduced rate) for the conference, by September 30, 2025.

Directions: Please submit all requested information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.  Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Proposals submitted without adequate references will not be considered. Proposals will NOT be considered unless submitted on this online form.

 

NOTE: Proposals must be grammatically correct including titles, workshop synopsis, and learning objectives. They will be published as written.

In each breakout room there will be a screen, AV cart, projector (with connecting cables), and speaker for sound. You will need to bring your own laptop.
